In March 2022, I decided to temporarily postpone my YouTube channel and take a dive into Football freelance journalism. It began with volunteering for VAVEL, who are a major sporting network on social media. I linked up with their dedicated English Non-League section, covering articles for my local side, which was National League side Solihull Moors. This quickly expanded to joining the popular EFL page known as 'The 72', where again I volunteered as a club correspondant for League One side Exeter City. This continued for six weeks until all roles were removed, and I returned to VAVEL, also covering Coventry City FC.
